half your value you inherit
you think success means world works on merit?

if you have a network share it

always find time to chit chat
and hook up whoever you can 
without keeping track of tit for tat

underpromise and overdelivor

number 5 is so underrated
keep your work and your job completely separated

you can be real to the mirror during your pee break

write back to people again and again
you might have got caught in their spam fil-
ter or reached out on a day his or her fam fell ill
or they're testing you to see if you have the tenacity to go the distance
or else they just forgot about you
persistence overcomes resistance with a lotta clout too

and that's one to grow on
keep fighting til the undertow's gone
